The Otsego County Fire Dept. had approached us with a common issue on the model fire truck they have. The factory grille was too restrictive, resulting in overheating. They came up with a simple yet stylish design for us to work with that would allow more air through the grille. We had WaterJet cut 1/4″ Aluminum that was later polished to a mirror finish. The guys at OCFD were blown away. Not only does the grille perform as desired, but it also looks great!
